3rd Annual My Touch Barber Battle 2018. The Battle will be held at Philips Arena in Atlanta, GA on Monday, January 22, 2018. Some of the Best of the Best Barbers will be in attendance & compete from all over the country, so Barbers bring it!! General Admission Tickets will admit you into the Barber Battle as well as the Hawks vs. Jazz game at 7:30 pm. Winners of each Battle will be announced at the Hawks vs. Jazz NBA game. Doors open at 11 am, Battle will start at 12 pm.

BEST OLD SCHOOL
Each competitor has 45 minutes to complete & will be judged on their 80’s -90's haircut. Such as Flat top, Gumby, Staircase, Comb Over & Pompadour with parts and or color. The judging will be based on cleanliness of his or her cut, fading, shaping, overall look of the cut. Designs are accepted but will not give you extra points.
FREESTYLE DESIGN
Each competitor has 50 minutes to complete & will be judged and scored on the following: A competitor has an option to do whatever he or she wants on a model without utilizing paper, cell phone tablet etc. as a reference point.
Basically only using skill and imagination.
NOTE: Color Enhancements are Allowed
Fastest / Cleanest Fade
This competition is for the fastest of the fast. Barbers will have 15 minutes to complete his or her haircut. Models must have #2 length on top, no pre-lines, no pre-cuts, nor shape ups. Hair will be cut to 1 1/2 on top to bald on sides. Barbers will be judged on the blend of the fade, how tight the line is, and the cleanliness of the haircut.
NOTE: No color enhancements allowed
Cleanest Taper Fade w/Beard
Each competitor has 40 minutes to complete his or her haircut. Will be judged and scored on the following: Transition of the fade in the temples areas, transition of the fade into the beard, and the line up of both beard and the overall cut. Models must have at least #2 length on top & cut down to a 1 1/2.
NOTE: Color Enhancements are Allowed
